I, S. Trell Beaty, will keep all information shared during our sessions private and confidential. However, I am bound to breach confidentiality if there is evidence of possible physical harm to yourself or others. Please note that I am not a professional therapist or psychotherapist; I will refer you to a qualified professional if this approach is deemed necessary.
My purpose as your personal life coach is to listen to you with complete and undivided attention, provide feedback that will help you discover your inner wisdom, and ultimately allow you to find your solutions.
About the 12-WEEK coaching sessions…
In each session, you choose the focus of conversation, while I, as your coach, will listen and contribute observations and questions. Each weekly session is approximately 45 to 50 minutes long and must be scheduled beforehand.
All sessions occur over the phone or Zoom on the agreed-upon scheduled day and time. As your coach, I will initiate the call using the phone number you gave me, or a Zoom link will be sent to you via email the day before your scheduled session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that missed sessions without prior notice will be considered completed.
If something unexpected arises, you’ll have up to three extra weeks to complete your 12 sessions.

I shall not hold S. Trell Beaty liable or responsible in any way, shape, or form for any actions I take before, during, or after this coaching relationship.
