Awareness & Foundation

(Weeks 1 - 4)

Focus: Understanding the self, breaking judgment cycles, and building self-compassion skills.

Phase 2

Transformation & Deep Practice

(Weeks 5 - 8)

Focus: Strengthening emotional resilience and self-awareness through mindful practice.

Phase 3

Integration & Empowerment

(Weeks 9 - 12)

Focus: Living authentically as your true self, fostering peace, and developing a personal life philosophy.

How Our Coaching Sessions Work:

Your Time, Your Focus:
Each session is your space to talk about what matters most to you. I’ll listen with care, share insights, and offer gentle guidance. Together, we’ll decide on a simple action step to support your growth before our next meeting.
Length & Scheduling:
Sessions are 45–50 minutes and scheduled in advance. We’ll meet by phone or Zoom—whichever you prefer. I’ll call you at the number you provided or send a Zoom link via email the day before our session.
