I poured my heart into three marriages, embraced motherhood and grandmotherhood, and weathered the storms of divorce and widowhood. These experiences taught me that every joy and sorrow was a stepping stone in my spiritual growth. This led to my becoming a Gold Level Certified Coach through Achieve Today. I learned skills to help myself and others overcome limiting beliefs by reframing ingrained perspectives to gain more fulfillment in our lives.
